International Rectifier Receives Notification by the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Conclusion of Investigation
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Sep 21, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- International Rectifier Corporation (NYSE:IRF) today announced that the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California has notified the Company it has concluded its investigation related to the prior restatement of the Company's financial statements and has decided not to bring any action against the Company or any of its current or former directors, officers or employees.

International Rectifier fully cooperated with the Office of the U.S. Attorney during the course of its investigation. The Company is continuing to cooperate fully with the SEC Division of Enforcement in connection with its ongoing investigation of the matters relating to the Company's restatement.
